Have you ever thought how we circumspect to family pressures but in
course cant circumvent societal pressure
.Knowingly or unknowingly we enslave ourselves to the trends-odd and
wrong in ways that are unacceptable in long run.
Our holy book alQURAN,AL BAQARAH 2:168 follows "Allah is reminding us
that when we start to follow trends we forget to do halaal
(permissible ) and we follow haraam(forbidden)
altogether initiating and propagating trends sets a wrong precedent.
Be it The highly anticipated royal
weddings or weddings by film stars,business tycoons etc ,which are
hyped and talked
incessantly.
but somewhere down the line they promote the wrong trend which gets
sidelined with
cacophony of 'ROYALITY
Clout'.

To all such intents and purposes,THE concept of late marriaging is trending
now and altogether emerges as idea endured by modern women to derive more
'freedom of growth and fame' and live a self luxury life
but actually sidelining acerbic aftermaths of late marriages.

modern society now openlyaccepts the idea that women can work like men
hand-in-hand and promoting gender equality.
from being air hostess to professional pilot,from a doctor to an
engineer,allcorporate sectors are flooded with girls.this is good and no
one ever criticizes the equality.
but All this over enthusiastic character of girls and insatiable penchant for
matriarchy promotes the concept of late marriages.
In book titled 'unequal citizen' by zoya hasan and Ritu menon
the survey conducted showed that 20.36% muslim women in rural areas of
the country are
unmarried for one or so unjustified reasons.
from rural kashmiri family point of view,a father usually tries to
marry his daughter as soon as
to shun the responsibilty off his shoulders than as an obligatory
duty.in such haste promotes child labour and bondage slavery like
crimes.

however one of most heckling and scarce acts that reverberates late
marriage concept in kashmir is dowry and over exorbiant marriages.
the large money demanded by grooms family along with luxury items like
tv car fridge jewellery etc has been a times immemorial obstacle
tomarriages.the extreme dowry
has led new parents resort to female infanticide and sex selective abortions.

secondly the levish and commercial aspect of marriages is cruelsome
for poor.A multi course kashmiri waazwaan .,big fat parties,highly
decorated tent
houses,and tens of thousands of rupees spent adds to the sad plight of
poor families.the poor father endlessly efforts by sweat of his brow
to make the marriage possible.

Medical studies have categorically rejected the idea of late marriage
as it leads to
various health hazards like
1.children born with congenital defects. 2.miscarriage
3.infertility of women
4.breast cancer.
5. menstruation problems and
ovarian cancer.
Inadvertently
Are modern women promoting a wrong trend of late marriages?
Are they upto something they
will fear of its aftereffects ?
women folk strongly need to realize the idea of marrying at right
age-to live a happy life,a
bright motherhood and to bring more security and shine
to women stature.
